Description
This salmon and sweet chilli sauce recipe is quick, flavorful, and perfect for weeknight dinners. With just 5 ingredients, you get tender salmon coated in a sticky-sweet glaze.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice.
3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet and season lightly with salt.
4. Brush each fillet generously with the sauce mixture.
5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
6. Optional: broil for 2 minutes for a caramelized top.
7. Serve hot with rice, vegetables, or salad.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat gently in the oven or enjoy cold in a salad or wrap.
You can substitute soy sauce with tamari for a gluten-free version.
