Ingredients
1 tsp matcha green tea powder
½ cup hot water (not boiling)
½ cup chai concentrate or strong-brewed chai
¾ cup milk (oat, almond, or dairy)
1–2 tsp maple syrup
Optional: cinnamon for topping
Instructions
1. Sift matcha into a bowl and add hot water. Whisk until frothy.
2. Heat your chai (from tea bags or concentrate).
3. Warm milk separately and froth.
4. In a mug, combine matcha, chai, and maple syrup.
5. Top with frothed milk and sprinkle cinnamon.
